據報英國起草新法例 可因國家安全取消外國投資
《彭博通訊社》引述消息人士報道,英國政府正起草《國家安全和投資法案》,將令政府有權取消外資對英國公司的投資,以阻止敵對國家獲得關鍵資產的控制權。
該法律草案中最有爭議的一部分是允許政府在基於國家安全的情況下,能干預過往已完成的交易。目前草案並未明確針對任何國家,據悉草案很可能會在本月稍後提交予國會審議。
