東軟教育與張掖市政府及培黎職業學院簽署戰略合作協議
10月13日，東軟教育科技集團與甘肅省張掖市政府及培黎職業學院舉行戰略合作簽約儀式。張掖市市委書記楊維俊，市委副書記、市長謝又生，市人大常委會主任張健，市政協主席關堯，市委常委、組織部部長張文生，市人大常委會副主任周元聖，市政府副市長王榮才，市政府副市長於永梅，市政協副主席鄭茂萍，市委祕書長楊喜軍，市政府祕書長李宏偉及甘州區、山丹縣、市直有關部門負責同志，東軟集團董事長兼CEO、東軟教育科技集團董事長劉積仁，東軟教育科技集團總載、大連東軟信息學院黨委書記、校長温濤，東軟教育科技集團副總裁李印杲，東軟集團西北大區總經理羅騰飛，東軟教育科技集團職業教育事業部總經理董本清，東軟教育科技集團西北區總經理王俊年及相關負責人蔘加儀式。

楊維俊書記在儀式上講話，他表示，舉行推進職業教育發展戰略合作協議和校企合作協議，是深入學習貫徹習近平總書記視察山丹培黎學校重要指示精神和關於發展職業教育重要論述的具體實踐，也是全面貫徹落實國家發展實體經濟和甘肅省委省政府發展十大生態產業的重要舉措，必將有效助力培黎職業學院校企協同育人的生態系統構建，短時間內提升學院發展水平和競爭能力，對於推動學院與企業攜手共贏具有重要意義。他對推動下一步雙方務實合作提了四點意見並預祝東軟與培黎職業學院合作取得圓滿成功。?
劉積仁董事長向張掖市委、市政府長期以來對東軟的關心和支持表示感謝。他表示，一個城市有了年輕人就有了未來，年輕人是數字經濟的創造者，也是數字經濟的消費者。校企協同育人生態系統的構建是對一個城市經濟變革的賦能，是在構建一種嶄新的驅動力。東軟將充分發揮產業優勢和學歷教育優勢，與張掖共同搭建產教融合特色育人平台，培養高質量應用型人才，為區域產業發展提供重要人才保障和智力支持，共同打造"雲上張掖、智能張掖"。
根據協議內容，培黎職業學院將引入東軟教育科技集團辦學理念、人才培養體系、資源建設體系、整體運營及戰略合作伙伴資源，利用東軟品牌資源打造特色專業，增強招生辦學吸引力。東軟教育將為學院提供特色專業項目建設方案、配套產品及服務。雙方將圍繞共建特色專業、共建實訓基地、開展技能培訓三個方面展開深入合作。
