格隆匯 10 月 13日丨國際實業(000159.SZ)披露2020年前三季度業績預告,2020年1月1日-2020年9月30日預計實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約6300萬元,比上年同期變動:658.87%,上年同期虧損1127.27萬元,基本每股收益約0.1311元。2020年7月1日—2020年9月30日預虧400萬元。
業績變動原因:三季度因7-8月烏魯木齊二次發生新冠疫情,全城封閉40多天,公司生產經營受到一定的影響。1-9月公司業績較上年同期變動的主要原因是:①權益法核算的股權投資收益增加約4000餘萬元;②證券投資的公允價值變動及處置產生投資收益增加對業績變動的影響(扣除相關税費後)約1700萬元;③上半年處置加油站資產產生收益對淨利潤影響約2470萬元。
