廣電網絡(600831.SH)：控股股東變更事項調整為控股股東名稱變更
格隆匯 10 月 13日丨廣電網絡(600831.SH)公佈，2020年8月26日，公司收到控股股東通知，根據陝西省廣電體制機制改革實施方案，整合陝西廣播電視台和陝西廣播電視集團有限公司，組建陝西廣電融媒體集團有限公司。為此，公司控股股東由陝西廣播電視集團有限公司變更為陝西廣電融媒體集團有限公司；實際控制人不變，仍為中共陝西省委宣傳部。
近日，公司收到控股股東通知，上述控股股東變更事項調整為控股股東名稱變更。經中共陝西省委宣傳部批覆，同意控股股東變更名稱、註冊資本、經營範圍等工商登記相關事宜。截止目前，控股股東已辦理完成相關工商登記變更，變更後，名稱為陝西廣電融媒體集團有限公司，經營範圍：一般項目：廣播電視設備製造(不含廣播電視傳輸設備)；廣播電視設備專業修理；廣播影視設備銷售；數字文化創意技術裝備銷售；銷售代理；廣播電視傳輸設備銷售；互聯網數據服務；數字文化創意內容應用服務；大數據服務；軟件開發；網絡與信息安全軟件開發；信息系統集成服務；智能控制系統集成；人工智能行業應用系統集成服務；物聯網技術服務；數據處理和存儲支持服務；信息技術諮詢服務；數據處理服務；物業管理；園區管理服務；市場營銷策劃；企業形象策劃；體育賽事策劃；廣告設計、代理；會議及展覽服務；項目策劃與公關服務；以自有資金從事投資活動；廣告製作；版權代理；諮詢策劃服務；電影攝製服務；文藝創作；文化場館管理服務；組織體育表演活動；組織文化藝術交流活動(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)。許可項目：廣播電視節目傳送；廣播電視視頻點播業務；互聯網信息服務；互聯網新聞信息服務；房地產開發經營；廣告發布(廣播電台、電視台、報刊出版單位)；旅遊業務；廣播電視節目製作經營；電視劇製作；電子出版物製作；信息網絡傳播視聽節目；電影發行；電視劇發行(依法須經批準的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以審批結果為準)。
