格隆匯 10 月 13日丨國新健康(000503.SZ)公佈,預計2020年前三季度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損約1.62億元,上年同期虧損1.46億元;其中,第三季度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損約4236萬元,上年同期虧損3386.52萬元。
公司業務整體呈現前低後高的季節性特徵,報告期公司營業收入同比上漲約1500萬元,漲幅約為28%,主要為醫保基金綜合管理服務業務收入同比上漲;
報告期,公司總成本同比上漲約1600萬元,漲幅約為9%,其中報告期財務費用約-240萬元,同比上漲約1300萬元,主要為銀行存款利率下降使得公司利息收入減少,以及持有外幣匯率的變動使得公司匯兑損失增長;
報告期,公司證券投資浮虧約2300萬元,公允價值變動損失較去年同期增加約1700萬元。
