千億合併告吹，兩券商股價沒被重錘，市場搞的是降温？
2010月12日晚，國聯證券和國金證券同時發佈公告稱，“公司終止籌劃重大事項，股票明日復牌”。根據雙方披露的公告，終止籌劃本次重大事項的原因是“交易相關方未能就本次轉讓及本次合併方案的部分核心條款達成一致意見”。
值得一提的是，雙方都承諾“披露之日起1個月內不再籌劃重大資產重組。”
覆盤首日，兩家券商股價雖然説是一個天一個地，並沒有像投資者所想被錘在地板。截至發稿時間，國聯證券股價跌7.23%，報18.22元。國金證券股價漲1.64，報15.54元。

這筆交易最早開始於9月18日，雙方簽訂股份轉讓意向性協議，不過公告還沒出來之時，兩家券商股價就漲停。
在國聯證券與國金證券A股停牌暫停買賣期間，國聯證券在港交所的H股交易仍可照常進行。9月18日，國聯證券H股股價為3.57港元/股。籌劃合併公告後首個交易日，國聯證券H股大漲35.85%，收於4.85港元/股，盤中最高達到6.25港元/股
投資者紛紛吐槽內幕交易，在9月25日晚間，證監會新聞發言人常德鵬就媒體關於“國聯證券、國金證券是否存在內幕交易”的詢問回覆，“證監會已關注到了相關情況，已督促公司開展自查，並要求其提供內幕信息知情人名單。此外，證監會也已啟動相關核查程序，核查發現違法違規行為的，將依法嚴肅查處。”
當日晚間，國聯證券、國金證券均發佈公告表示，公司以及有關各方正在積極組織推進本次交易的相關工作，有關本次交易的具體方案仍在商討論證中，交易各方尚未簽署正式的交易協議，本次交易尚需履行必要的內部決策程序，並需經有權監管機構批准後方可正式實施，能否實施尚存在不確定性。
而昨晚的結果，也是讓兩家上市券商的27萬多股東夢碎。
不過，依市場而言，券商作為市場權重，截至發稿時間，券商ETF跌1.81%。

直接帶來明顯的市場降温，A股自國慶節已是連續兩天大漲，其中交易量接近萬億。今天券商的表現也讓大盤情緒被打壓，截至發稿時間，滬指跌0.52，報3341.18點。
