綠地控股集團和綠地地產同意以72.6億元人民幣的代價出售廣州綠地房地產開發有限公司。
買方爲上海東方康橋房地產發展有限公司,該公司是香港上市的綠地香港的子公司
綠地控股集團持有廣州綠地95%的股權,綠地地產持有其5%的股權;它們均爲上海上市的綠地控股的子公司。
綠地控股是綠地香港的最終控股股東。
