海印股份(000861.SZ)：海印天新中標廣州天河新天地部分商鋪出租項目
格隆匯 10 月 12日丨海印股份(000861.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年9月17日召開第九屆董事會第三十三次臨時會議，審議通過《關於全資子公司廣州海印天新商業管理有限公司擬參與投標的議案》。董事會同意公司全資子公司廣州海印天新商業管理有限公司(“海印天新”)在董事會決策權限範圍內參與項目的投標。
根據上述決議，海印天新參與廣州市城壹房地產代理有限公司(“城壹房地產”)關於廣州天河新天地部分商鋪出租項目的公開招標並與廣州產權交易所、城壹房地產簽訂《成交確認書》。
交易編號：GZ2020DG202139；出租方：廣州市城壹房地產代理有限公司；承租方：廣州海印天新商業管理有限公司；中標內容：廣州市天河區天源路5號天河新天地負一層B103、B106-B116、B119-B123、B129-B139、B148-B162、B176-B196；一層L101C、L102-L104、L107-L109、L115-L122、L132-L139、L142-L148；二層L201-L218、L221-L239、L240B；三層L301-L332、L334-L340號商鋪出租；項目成交價格：本項目成交價格為人民幣153.8278萬元/月/總面積，租金遞增率第二年到第六年每年遞增2%，第七年遞增7%，第八年到租賃期滿每年遞增2%；租金不含綜合管理費。裝修期每月綜合管理費人民幣36.4329萬元，裝修期外每月綜合管理費人民幣56.6734萬元。(上述價格均為含税價，具體金額以正式簽訂的合同為準)
此次項目的中標，符合公司戰略發展規劃，有利於豐富公司商業物業資源，做大做強公司商業物業運營與管理服務的主營業態，持續為租賃物業提供商業運營及物業管理服務。項目合同正式簽訂並順利實施後，將對公司本年度及未來年度的業績產生積極影響。
