《即日市评》恒指升越百天线 工行扬半成 小米中芯强
受金融及科技股带动下，恒指今日升越50天平均线(24,604点)及100天平均线(24,640点)。美股道指上周五升0.6%、纳指涨1.4%，美国总统特朗普早前叫停财政刺激方案的磋商，其後表示愿意恢复谈判；执笔之时美汇指数处93.15，美股道指期货最新升15点或0.05%、美股纳指期货最新升124点或1%。人币中间价续大幅上调670点报6.7126兑一美元近一年半高，深圳建设先行示范区综改试点方案出炉，人行今日起将远期售汇业务的外汇风险准备金率下调为零，上证综指涨2.6%收3,358，深证成指升3.2%，沪深两市成交额增至共9,714亿人民币。
特首林郑月娥宣布押後原定於本周三发表公布施政报告，10月下旬将赴京与部委见面。恒指今早高开98点後升幅扩大，午後曾升583点见24,702点，全日升530点或2.2%，收24,649点；国指升260点或2.7%，收9,878点；恒生科技指数升245点或3.3%，收7,748点。大市全日成交总额1,402.91亿元，沪、深港通南下交易录得净流入金额分别为41.01亿及38.87亿元人民币。
中资电讯股造高，中移动(00941.HK)、联通(00762.HK)及中电信(00728.HK)股价各涨1.7%、7.6%及5.6%。内地第四大电讯运营商中国广电今日揭牌，注册资本千亿人币。
【工行升半成 花旗吁「捞底」】
内银股向上，建行(00939.HK)及工行(01398.HK)股价分别走高5.6%及5.7%，农行(01288.HK)及中行(03988.HK)各升4.5%及4.2%，交行(03328.HK)、民行(01988.HK)及招行(03968.HK)各升3.6%至3.9%。花旗发表报告表示，吁对内银股进行「捞底」，料内银股今年第三季业绩可望优於市场预期，预计该行所涵盖的内银於今年首九个月利润增长，与今年上半年相似(料今年第三季增长会优於第二季)，并相信各内银之间的增长差异较大，基於收费收入和净息差趋势更好，料招行(03968.HK)，光大银行(06818.HK)及平安银行(000001.SZ)及兴业银行(601166.SH)所公布拨备前利润和纯利增长可优於同业。
花旗认为，内银股估值已跌至估值最低点：中资银行明显落後，估值低迷(内银H股仅相当预测今年市账率0.56倍)。该行料内银今年第三季业绩可望预期，美国潜在制裁风险所带来的噪音正减少，以及经济复苏将减低市场对内银潜在的价值轮换。在内银H股之中，该行看到大型内银(预测今年市净率仅0.4倍)被低估。
【沽空率上升 中芯弹一成】
港股主板今日市宽改善，主板股票的升跌比率为27比16(上日19为22)，上升股份1,073只(升幅3.2%)；恒指成份股今日43只股份上升，下跌股份5只，升跌比率为86比10(上日为28比60)；大市今日录沽空183亿元，占可沽空股份成交1,090.48亿元的16.782%(上日为15.084%)。
科技股有支持，腾讯(00700.HK)、阿里巴巴(09988.HK)及美团(03690.HK)股价各抢高3.2%、2%及1.9%，小米集团(01810.HK)全日股价抽上8.4%收22.7元。中银国际发表报告表示，过去两周南向交易最活跃股票腾讯、美团和小米股价均走强，该行称，过去两周南向交易交投最活跃的股票是腾讯(股价累涨7.1%)，录净流入9.65亿港元，其次是美团和小米过去两周南向交易各录净流入14.78亿及8.06亿港元，股价分别上涨16.4%和6.2%。
此外，中芯(00981.HK)全日股价弹高11.5%收20.6元。内地一站式IP和定制芯片企业芯动科技发布已完成全球首个基於中芯FinFET N+1先进工艺的芯片流片和测试，所有IP全自主国产，功能一次测试通过。(wl/a)
