《大行报告》大摩下修澳门今年赌收预测至按年跌80% 料明年赌收为2019年的73%
大摩发表研究报告指,澳门第三季赌收按季升51%,其中中场增速较贵宾厅快,但预期整体行业息税折旧前亏损(LBITDA)维持在8.2亿美元高水平,复苏亦较预期慢,但估值为2019年EV/EBITDA的10倍,十分吸引。
澳门赌收在第三季按季增51%至6.11亿美元,该行预期贵宾厅(增长37%)赌收跑输中场+角子机(增长61%),主因中介人业务较弱,同时赢率较低。赌收持续复苏未有对EBITDA有很大帮助,因增幅相对营运开支仍然较少。
该行又指,相信中场及半岛的赌场表现会较路(乙水)和贵宾厅的表现较好。预期今年赌收跌幅由75%增至80%,因9月及10月的表现较差,而2021至22年则维持不变,分别为2,130亿及2,790亿澳门元。
