建造业总工会倡15工种续冻薪一年 指整体失业率达27.8%远超官方数据
香港建造业总工会今日(12日)发布薪酬调整报告,经谘询工会会员意见,及与多间建造业商会商讨後,建议业内主要15项工种,包括平水及测量、挖掘机(鸡头)、扎铁、模板、混凝土(石屎)、搭棚、金属棚架(通架)、泥水、云石、喉管、金属工、油漆、木匠(装修家私)、雕刻木器、天花间隔,从今年11月1日起,冻薪一年,与去年相同。该会促政府促请政府推出更多短期合约工程,以吸纳失业人士。
该会今年6至8月期间,以电话访问超过1.7万名会员,发现整体失业率为27.8%,较政府早前公布的行业失业率11.1%更高;失业受访者中更有87%属41岁至70岁。调查又显示,失业率较高的工种分别是?铁、金属工、钉板、坭水及油漆,失业率均高达30%。
