深圳嗨了！40週年大禮包來了，央行數字貨幣加速推進，板塊集體高潮！
在11日晚間，中共中央辦公廳 國務院辦公廳印發《深圳建設中國特色社會主義先行示範區綜合改革試點實施方案（2020－2025年）》
其中提到：以設立經濟特區40週年為契機，在中央改革頂層設計和戰略部署下，支持深圳實施綜合授權改革試點，是新時代推動深圳改革開放再出發的又一重大舉措，是建設中國特色社會主義先行示範區的關鍵一招，也是創新改革方式方法的全新探索！繼續大膽地闖、大膽地試！
並且今早新華網消息，深圳經濟特區建立40週年慶祝大會將於14日上午在廣東省深圳市隆重舉行。中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習近平將出席大會並發表重要講話。
受此利好消息影響，今日深圳本地股集體高開，萬得深圳指數漲近3%，個股漲幅超10%就達到10只，其餘個股紛紛大漲。
其實，在一年前發佈的《中共中央 國務院關於支持深圳建設中國特色社會主義先行示範區的意見》中就指出，將在中央改革頂層設計和戰略部署下，支持深圳實施綜合授權改革試點，以清單式批量申請授權方式，在要素市場化配置、營商環境優化、城市空間統籌利用等重點領域深化改革、先行先試。
所以，昨日發佈的深圳大禮包不過是實錘落地。
此外，在上述方案當中提及支持深圳開展數字人民幣內部封閉試點測試。而且在10月8日晚間，深圳市政務服務數據管理局在旗下微信、微博發佈消息：“面向在深個人發放千萬元數字人民幣紅包”。
根據官方消息，截至10月11日8時，“禮享羅湖數字人民幣紅包”預約工作圓滿結束。總計逾191萬名在深個人通過“ｉ深圳”系統成功完成“禮享羅湖數字人民幣紅包”試點預約登記。“i 深圳”對成功預約的人員進行了搖號抽籤，共抽出5萬名中籤個人。活動主辦方將為中籤個人申請“數字人民幣APP”的使用資格，以便後續領取“禮享羅湖數字人民幣紅包”。10月12日18時起，“ｉ深圳”將通過深圳政務短信服務平台陸續向中籤個人發送中籤短信。
此次的紅包試點活動，是數字人民幣在國內的首次公開大範圍測試。也標誌着數字人民幣測試開始從封閉測試走向開放測試，並在使用頻次最高的日常消費場景開始測試，為數字人民幣未來的正式發行與使用奠定基礎。
今日數字貨幣藉助深圳大禮包也迎來大漲，四方精創、新晨科技漲停，超10只個股漲幅超過7%。
