传欧盟拟定互联网巨擘针对监管清单 限制其市场权力
《金融时报》引述消息报道,欧盟监管当局正拟定打击对象清单,针对最多20间大型互联网公司,可能包括脸书(FB.US)、苹果(AAPL.US)、亚马逊(AMZN.US)及Alphabet(GOOGL.US)旗下谷歌,有关公司将面临更严格规定,其市场权力将受限。
报道指,该等大型科技公司将面临较小型竞争者更严格的监管,并将须向竞争者分享数据,与及在收集资料问题上更具透明度。打击对象清单将基於市场占有率及使用者数量而定,目前对有多少间公司被列入清单及列入清单的实质条款仍有待敲定。
