穩健醫療(300888.SZ)：子公司3926萬元成功競得武漢一幅工業用地
格隆匯 10 月 9日丨穩健醫療(300888.SZ)公佈，2020年9月29日，公司全資子公司湖北穩健醫療有限公司(“武漢穩健”現已更名為穩健醫療(武漢)有限公司)通過網上交易系統公開競拍成功競得位於湖北省武漢市新洲區的國有建設用地使用權，具體情況如下：
地塊編號：工XZ(2020)018號，位於武漢市新洲區陽邏開發區邱慄村、馬山村，該地塊規劃淨用地面積為140,181.3平方米(以實測面積為準)；規劃用地性質為工業用地，國有建設用地使用權出讓年限為50年，容積率為≥1.0。具體規劃指標和要求以武漢市新洲區自然資源和規劃局批准的規劃設計條件為準。該宗地塊成交總價為3926萬元。此次成功競得的用地面積為擬購置用地面積的一半，剩餘用地面積預計10月份進行招標拍賣掛牌程序。
前述競買所得土地將用於武漢穩健的“穩健醫療工作中心站項目”。2020年8月11日，武漢穩健與武漢市新洲區人民政府(“區政府”)簽訂《湖北穩健醫療有限公司(二期)擴建工程投資建設協議書》(“協議書”)，武漢穩健擬投資建設“穩健醫療工作中心站項目”(包括非織造卷材中心、手術室耗材(組合包)裝配中心、滅菌加工中心、國內醫療銷售營銷中心、湖北區域總部智能配送中心、華中區域總部及集團第二研發中心等六大中心)，總投資額約15億元，擬購置429畝用地(約286,000.00平方米，實際用地面積以國有土地使用權證面積為準)。“
該項目主要建設內容為：非織造布車間及配棉車間、成品車間，滅菌車間，穩健全自動化智能配送中心，全棉全自動化智能配送中心，研發中心大樓，會展中心大樓，多功能車間，配電機修車間、供冷機房、污水處理廠、變壓器房、消防池、垃圾站等構築物和道路、停車場、管網、綠化等(主要廠房建築面積以最終報規劃數據為準)。項目規劃建設期週期30個月，從土地正式交付武漢穩健並取得《國有土地使用權》證，並辦妥建築施工許可證，規劃許可證等全部施工前需要的全部合法證件之日起算。
初步預計，畝均投資強度不少於 300萬元/畝，正式量產達產後，畝均年税收貢獻不低於20萬元/畝，預估2023年5月該項目全部投入使用，員工人數規劃1200人。最終年税收金額依據土地使用權面積及實際投產情況而定。
上述地塊的成功競得進一步擴大公司的生產能力、提升公司的智能倉儲和配送水平、增強公司的競爭實力和可持續發展能力。上述事項對公司本年度的經營成果無重大影響。
