贛鋒鋰業(01772.HK)為RIM提供不超5000萬澳元財務資助
格隆匯 10 月 9日丨贛鋒鋰業(01772.HK)公告,江西贛鋒鋰業股份有限公司(以下簡稱“公司”)於2020年10月9日召開的第五屆董事會第十二次會議審議通過了《關於全資子公司贛鋒國際對澳大利亞RIM公司提供財務資助暨關聯交易的議案》,同意全資子公司GFL International Co.,Limitied(以下簡稱“贛鋒國際”)為澳大利亞Reed Industrial Minerals PtyLtd公司(以下簡稱“RIM”)提供不超過5000萬澳元的財務資助,並授權公司經營層在本議案額度內代表公司辦理相關手續,並簽署相關法律文件。
