華彩控股(01371.HK)擬發行5000萬港元可換股債
格隆匯 10 月 9日丨華彩控股(01371.HK)公告,於2020年10月9日,公司與認購方劉婷訂立認購協議,據此,公司有條件同意發行而認購方有條件同意認購本金總額為港幣5000萬元可換股債券,可換股債券可於悉數兑換後按初步換股價每股兑換股份港幣0.15元兑換為333,333,333股兑換股份。
兑換股份相當於現有已發行股份總數約32.38%及緊隨按初步換股價悉數兑換可換股債券後經配發及發行兑換股份擴大已發行股份總數約24.46%(假設本公司已發行股本並無其他變動)。
