國網英大(600517.SH)董事會擬推薦楊東偉、胡鋭為非獨立董事候選人
格隆匯 10 月 9日丨國網英大(600517.SH)公佈，公司第七屆董事會第二十一次會議決議，審議並通過了《關於補選公司董事的議案》。該議案尚需提交公司2020年第四次臨時股東大會審議。
公司董事會於近日收到董事長李榮華、董事宋雲翔的辭職報告。因工作原因，李榮華申請辭去公司第七屆董事會董事長、非獨立董事及所任專門委員會的相關職務，宋雲翔申請辭去公司第七屆董事會非獨立董事及所任專門委員會的相關職務，辭職報告自送達董事會之日起生效。
經徵詢各有關方面意見，公司董事會擬推薦楊東偉、胡鋭為公司第七屆董事會非獨立董事候選人，任期自股東大會審議通過之日起至本屆董事會任期屆滿。
楊東偉，男，1970年出生，研究生學歷，博士學位，正高級會計師。曾在河南三門峽澠池高村變電站、義馬供電分局工作，歷任河南許昌市電業局副局長、黨委委員兼總會計師，河南省電力公司多種經營部主任兼河南電力實業集團有限公司董事長、總經理，河南三門峽供電公司總經理、黨委委員，河南省電力公司副總經濟師，魯能集團有限公司總會計師、黨組成員，國網上海市電力公司總會計師、黨委委員，國網電子商務有限公司執行董事、總經理、黨委副書記，國網電子商務有限公司(國網雄安金融科技集團有限公司)董事長、黨委書記等職。現任國網英大國際控股集團有限公司董事長、黨委書記。
胡鋭，男，1968年出生，研究生學歷，碩士學位，高級工程師。歷任國家電網公司總經理工作部(辦公廳)祕書處副處長，國家電網公司辦公廳總值班室副處長，中國電力出版社副社長、《國家電網》雜誌常務副總編輯，國家電網報社副社長、副總編輯、黨組成員，英大傳媒投資集團有限公司副總經理、黨組成員、紀檢組長、工會主席，中國電力財務有限公司黨組成員、紀檢組長、工會主席，國網河北省電力有限公司黨委委員、紀委書記等職。現任國網英大國際控股集團有限公司董事、黨委副書記、副總經理。
