泰勝風能(300129.SZ)：墨西哥對華風塔作出反傾銷終裁
格隆匯10月9日丨泰勝風能(300129.SZ)宣佈，公司於近日接到律師通知，墨西哥經濟祕書處(Secretaría de Economía)下屬的國際商務業務組(以下簡稱“UPCI”)於2020年10月5日發佈了《對於進口自中華人民共和國的風機塔架反傾銷調查的終裁結論》。
2019年4月16日，應墨西哥Arcosa Industries de México, S. de R.L. de C.V.和 SpecoWind Power, S.A. de C.V.公司申請，UPCI發佈了No.19/18號行政文件，對進口自中國的風機塔架(TorresdeViento)發起反傾銷調查。
2019年12月27日，UPCI公佈了關於該次反傾銷調查事項的初裁結論，初步裁定對公司徵收反傾銷臨時税率為69.21%，具體情況詳見公司於2019年12月31日發佈的《關於墨西哥對中國風塔的反傾銷調查初裁結論的公告》(2019-089)。
2020年10月5日，UPCI公佈了關於該次反傾銷調查事項的終裁結論，最終裁定對所有中國出口商徵收反傾銷税率為21%。
2018年度，公司向墨西哥出口風塔產品銷售收入約為人民幣2.35億元，約佔公司當年營業收入的15.97%(經審計)；2019年度，公司向墨西哥出口風塔產品銷售收入為0(經審計)；2020年上半年，公司向墨西哥出口風塔產品銷售收入為0(未經審計)。
公司表示，該次反傾銷終裁結論對於公司已經出口墨西哥的訂單沒有影響，對公司2020年度的經營業績預計沒有影響。公司出口訂單的國家或地區較為分散，對墨西哥市場不存在依賴性，當前亦沒有正在執行或待執行的出口墨西哥的風塔產品訂單，單一墨西哥市場的變化對公司的影響不大。同時，公司將進一步加大對整體國際市場及國內市場的開拓力度，減少該次墨西哥反傾銷對公司經營業務的影響。
