利歐股份(002131.SZ):擬出資3.5億元參與民泰銀行增資
格隆匯 10 月 8日丨利歐股份(002131.SZ)公佈,公司與温嶺市國有資產經營有限公司等8家法人單位、陳鴻達等13位自然人,擬對浙江民泰商業銀行股份有限公司(以下簡稱"民泰銀行"、"標的公司")合計增資15億元人民幣。以2019年12月31日為基準,民泰銀行每股淨資產為2.80元;在綜合考慮當前民泰銀行的盈利水平、所處行業成長性的特點、每股淨資產等多種因素的基礎上,確定本次增發價格為人民幣2.80元/股。
公司與民泰銀行簽訂了《關於浙江民泰商業銀行股份有限公司增資擴股之投資協議》,公司擬以自有資金3.5億元人民幣參與民泰銀行增資。此次增資前,公司未持有民泰銀行股份。此次增資完成後,公司將持有民泰銀行12,500萬股股份,佔其總股本的比例為2.88%。
