港股异动 | 水泥股普涨 水泥价格稳步上升
格隆汇10月6日丨水泥股普涨,亚洲水泥涨4.535领涨,中国建材和金隅集团均涨2.78%。上周全国水泥均价429.3元/吨,环比上升0.66%,同比涨幅0.7%。进入9月份以来,受下游房地产行业“金九银十”旺季影响,华东、华中、华北等区域水泥价格走高较为明显。需求增加叠加价格抬升,对水泥类相关上市公司形成利好。国家统计局对全国流通领域9大类50种重要生产资料市场价格的监测显示,2020年9月中旬普遍硅酸盐水泥PO42.5散装报价414.9元/吨,环比9月上旬上涨4.4元,涨幅1.1%,同比8月中旬404.3元/吨的报价,上涨10.6元/吨,涨幅2.6%。
