信和集團:旗下三大區域商場長假期人流較一般周末升33%
信和集團公布,旗下商場在過去四天中秋國慶節長假期推出一連串推廣活動,反應熱烈,特別是三大重點區域商場:屯門市廣場、奧海城、荃新天地旺丁旺財,人流增幅比起一般的周末錄得平均33%的增長。而商戶的營業額亦隨著推廣活動錄得較一般周末升幅達3成。
信和集團租務部市務及推廣總經理梁翠珊指出,在剛過去的四天長周末假期,節日氣氛的帶動下,雖然四人限聚令仍然生效,不少顧客一家人惠顧商場食肆「過節」,多間食肆出現「爆滿」的情形。商場食肆對長假期生意感滿意,除堂食滿座外,6至8人外賣套餐銷售情況亦理想,可見市民在節慶期間除了在商場餐廳進餐外,外賣送餐的消費意欲明顯增強。
梁翠珊透露,集團商場於較早前因應戲院恢復營業,加碼推出推廣活動,送20元商場美食券予惠顧食肆和戲院的顧客,市場反應甚佳。(jc/u)
