报告:疫情加上无协议脱欧或令英国每年GDP损失1,340亿英镑
麦坚时律师事务所(Baker & McKenzie)报告显示,若英国未能与欧盟达成贸易协议再加上疫情爆,将令英国未来10年的国内生产总值(GDP)每年损失约1,340亿英镑。
报告提到,疫情将令英国的GDP较疫情爆发前的预期水平降低2.2%,即使英国达成贸易协议,从长远来看亦会令GDP下降3.1%,而若没有达成贸易协议,英国GDP则进一步下跌3.9%。
英国首相约翰逊已将达成贸易协议的最後限期定於10月15日,Baker & McKenzie表示,虽然企业重新配置供应链来抵消英国脱欧的额外成本,但英国制造商的出口收入仍然会大幅下降,由於英国退出欧盟的成本可能很高,政府将需要动用一切可能的政策工具来减轻经济上的损失。
