长实郭子威料未来一年楼价有5%至10%升幅
长实地产投资董事郭子威在周六(3日)接受电台访问时表示,香港市道在未来半年时间颇为关键,随着疫情受控及疫苖推出,相信经济会慢慢恢复,料明年中经济会开始出现正增长。
在楼价方面,他相信长期低息环境会令楼价有支撑,但相信年底前仍有少许波动,不会有明显往上的动力,料在明年第二季开始才会有明显向上的趋势,料未来一年楼价约有5%至10%的升幅。
随着日出康城的「SEA TO SKY」项目之外,集团最近亦有推出「名日-九肚山」项目,今年余下时间不多,会以此两个重点项目为主。
