高盛估算沙特以国际油价每桶50美元作财政预算基准

高盛分析师Farouk Soussa发表报告,推算油组(OPEC)最大产油国沙特阿拉伯的财政预算,是基於国际油价今年至2023年处於平均每桶50美元水平作为假设。布兰特期油上周收报39.27美元,在新冠疫情前为每桶65美元。高盛估计国际油价明年底将升至65美元。

沙特阿拉伯上周发布财政声明,预计当地明年财赤相等於本地生产总值(GDP)5.1%,较今年的12%收窄。据国际货币基金组织(IMF)估算,当地需在国际油价处於每桶66美元的水平才能达致收支平衡。
