易事特(300376.SZ)擬與石首市政府簽署易事特集團(石首)5G+智慧能源項目投資協議
格隆匯 9 月 30日丨易事特(300376.SZ)公佈，公司根據發展規劃，積極佈局“新基建”，助力數字鄉村建設，擴大公司智慧城市&大數據、智慧能源、充電樁等新興產業的業務覆蓋範圍，提高公司的盈利能力與綜合競爭力，董事會同意公司(乙方)與石首市人民政府(甲方)簽署《易事特集團(石首)5G+智慧能源項目投資協議》，在湖北省石首市合資設立獨立法人實體，項目投資總額為5億元。
合資設立的獨立法人實體註冊資本擬為7500萬元，其中公司以自有資金認繳出資4500萬元，佔60%股權，石首市人民政府的指定公司以自籌資金認繳3000萬元，佔40%股權。石首市人民政府及其指定公司不參與合資公司的日常經營，不直接參與合資公司的利潤分配，僅對其實繳出資享受年化率5%的固定收益，在其出資滿5年後有權選擇退出，由公司對其份額予以全額回購。
項目名稱：易事特集團(石首)5G+智慧能源項目；項目公司註冊：甲乙雙方在湖北石首市合資設立獨立法人實體，註冊資金7500萬元人民幣。甲方指定公司出資3000萬元人民幣，佔股40%；乙方出資4500萬元人民幣，佔股60%。
項目總投資 5億元人民幣。其中：(1)甲乙雙方成立合資公司的註冊資本金7500萬元人民幣，由甲方指定公司自籌3000萬元人民幣，乙方自籌4500萬元人民幣；(2)新成立合資公司將通過銀行融資4.25億元人民幣，根據合資公司業務發展情況，申請經營性貸款或項目貸款均可，甲方將進行地方資源協調和提供融資支持(包括必要時的擔保)，年化利息超出5%的部分由甲方進行貼息。
項目投資及建設內容：圍繞新基建，建設5G+、數據中心、光伏發電系統、充電樁系統、儲能系統、智慧城市等。優先建設地方智慧城市數據中心；優先建設產業園區工商業屋頂光伏電站；優先開發大型地面光伏電站、風電站的電池儲能站等業務；配合當地政府推廣新能源汽車與充電站建設，帶動產業鏈上游廠家集聚石首市甚至荊州市；培育農業生產新業態，助推鄉村振興、數字鄉村和城鄉一體化建設，包括：智能化温室、地面遙控植保、“互聯網+智能配肥”等，助力智慧農業讓農民成為科技工作者。
此次投資協議的簽訂，是公司進一步緊抓華中地區“新基建”的發展機遇以積極助力“數字鄉村”建設響應國家“鄉村振興”的發展戰略，擴大公司在數據中心、新能源充電樁、智慧能源等新興戰略性產業佈局的覆蓋範圍，鞏固市場份額，提高公司整體盈利能力。
