江山歐派(603208.SH)：江山歐派安防科技成為公司控股子公司
格隆匯 9 月 30日丨江山歐派(603208.SH)公佈，公司於2020年9月21日召開第四屆董事會第三次會議，審議通過了《關於公司擬對外投資並簽訂增資協議的議案》，根據戰略發展需要，為擴充公司產品線，實現公司產品多元化，增強公司產品的綜合競爭力，擬投資入户門業務。同意公司以現金及土地使用權(出讓宗地編號：蓮華山工業園區EN1#區塊)對江山華飛安防科技有限公司(“華飛安防公司”)進行增資，增資總額為人民幣19244萬元，其中14803萬元計入註冊資本，4441萬元計入資本公積，增資完成後持有華飛安防科技公司72.00%的股權。
近日，華飛安防公司已完成相關工商變更登記手續，並取得了江山市市場監督管理局換髮的《營業執照》。本次對華飛安防公司名稱、註冊資本、法定代表人和住所進行了變更：公司名稱由“江山華飛安防科技有限公司”變更為“江山歐派安防科技有限公司”，法定代表人由“李文軒”變更為“陸建輝”，註冊資本由5756萬元增加至20559萬元，住所由“浙江省衢州市江山市江山經濟開發區(蓮華山工業園)賀村鎮長豐大道210-5號等”變更為“浙江省衢州市江山市江山經濟開發區(蓮華山工業園)長豐大道210-5號等”。
此次工商變更登記手續完成後，江山歐派安防科技有限公司為公司控股子公司，其經營範圍：一般項目：技術服務、技術開發、技術諮詢、技術交流、技術轉讓、技術推廣；門窗銷售；五金產品批發；五金產品零售；五金產品研發；金屬密封件銷售；高性能密封材料銷售；塗料銷售(不含危險化學品)；高性能纖維及複合材料銷售；智能家庭消費設備銷售；電子產品銷售；計算機軟硬件及輔助設備批發；計算機軟硬件及輔助設備零售(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)。許可項目：建築智能化系統設計；消防設施工程施工；檢驗檢測服務；各類工程建設活動(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批準後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以審批結果為準)。
