冠盛股份(605088.SH)擬變更經營範圍、公司類型及註冊資本
格隆匯 9 月 30日丨冠盛股份(605088.SH)公佈，公司於2020年9月29日召開第四屆董事會第十八次會議，審議通過了《關於變更經營範圍、公司類型、註冊資本及修訂《公司章程》的議案》。
一、根據公司經營發展需要，公司經營範圍擬變更，具體情況如下：
變更後：汽車零部件製造、銷售，汽車零部件技術開發、技術服務，技術開發、技術轉讓、技術諮詢、技術服務、技術測試，機械設備租賃、銷售，物流服務、倉儲服務(不含危險化學品及易製毒品)，自有房屋租賃，從事進出口業務，進出口代理，鋼材、潤滑脂、潤滑油、制動液(不含危險品)的銷售，網絡技術、計算機軟硬件、電子產品的技術開發、技術服務、技術諮詢、成果轉讓，文化藝術交流活動策劃，市場營銷策劃，信息系統集成服務，裝卸搬運，國際貨物運輸代理，信息諮詢服務(不含許可類信息諮詢服務)，社會經濟諮詢服務，包裝服務，機械設備銷售，非居住房地產租賃，倉儲設備租賃服務，運輸設備租賃服務，道路貨物運輸(不含危險貨物)，報關業務，辦公服務，智能控制系統集成服務等。(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)
二、公司註冊資本和公司類型變更的相關情況如下：
經中國證券監督管理委員會《關於核准温州市冠盛汽車零部件集團股份有限公司首次公開發行股票的批覆》(證監許可[2020]1091號)，公司獲准公開發行人民幣普通股(A股)4000萬股。根據天健會計師事務所(特殊普通合夥)於2020年8月11日出具的天健驗字(2020)第7-86號《驗資報告》核驗，此次發行後，公司的註冊資本由1.2億元變更為1.6億元，公司的股本由1.2億股變更為1.6億股。公司於2020年8月17日在上海證券交易所上市，公司的類型從“股份有限公司(中外合資、未上市)”變更為“股份有限公司(中外合資、上市)”。
