鄭志剛料低息環境下中高端住宅樓價有5%升幅 對後市審慎樂觀
新世界(00017.HK)副主席兼行政總裁鄭志剛在網上會議上表示,今年度的合同銷售額僅130億元,集團將2021至2023財年的合同銷售額的目標均分別定在200億元以上。
他相信疫情對樓市的影響短暫,市場的剛性需求仍強,等待換樓改善生活質素的人仍多。在低息環境下,料中小型樓價會保持平穩,而中高端住宅樓價約有5%升幅,對未來市況維持審慎樂觀看法。
他又指,旗下大圍站項目第一期命名為「柏傲莊」,已成功取得預售樓花同意書,料會在10月中開售,相信項目的地點及交通配套優質,加上建築設計希望能令市場眼前一亮,並成為集團的代表作,因此對項目有信心。
