马云:中国14亿人内部需求将带动新一轮全球化
内地媒体报道,阿里巴巴(09988.HK)创办人马云在一个论坛表示,在新一轮的全球化,中国将会从「卖卖卖」变成「买买买」。
马云表示,美国3亿人的消费驱动了上一轮的全球化,但中国14亿人的内需会驱动下一轮真正的全球化,从而带动全球经济。他认为,应该对美国过去带动的全球化表示感谢、感恩,但中国今天需要的是更大的担当。
马云认为,现在这是由中国内需驱动的新一轮全球化,这一轮的全球化,尤其在海南的自贸港,过往世界贸易组织(WTO)是别的国家制订游戏规则让中国参与,而这次海南自贸港是中国人制订游戏规则,邀请全球参与。
他又提到,新的全球化是一种服务世界的能力,核心是在其他国家和地区创造价值、就业,做当地做不到的事情。他续称,如果说过去中国「走出去」必须是要人、机器、资金走出去,今天的中国「走出去」需要信息、服务、价值走出去。(ka/w)
