馬雲﹕中國14億人內部需求將帶動新一輪全球化
內地媒體報道,阿里巴巴(09988.HK)創辦人馬雲在一個論壇表示,在新一輪的全球化,中國將會從「賣賣賣」變成「買買買」。
馬雲表示,美國3億人的消費驅動了上一輪的全球化,但中國14億人的內需會驅動下一輪真正的全球化,從而帶動全球經濟。他認為,應該對美國過去帶動的全球化表示感謝、感恩,但中國今天需要的是更大的擔當。
馬雲認為,現在這是由中國內需驅動的新一輪全球化,這一輪的全球化,尤其在海南的自貿港,過往世界貿易組織(WTO)是別的國家制訂遊戲規則讓中國參與,而這次海南自貿港是中國人制訂遊戲規則,邀請全球參與。
他又提到,新的全球化是一種服務世界的能力,核心是在其他國家和地區創造價值、就業,做當地做不到的事情。他續稱,如果說過去中國「走出去」必須是要人、機器、資金走出去,今天的中國「走出去」需要信息、服務、價值走出去。(ka/w)
