格隆汇9月30日丨新世界发展(0017.HK)高开超5%,报38.7港元,总市值986.5亿港元。9月28日,营业及市务总监黄浩贤表示,由新世界及港铁合作发展的大围站上盖住宅项目第一期,已获批预售楼花同意书,预计有望于短期内开售。据了解,大围站项目分三期发展,除了第一期获批预售楼花同意书外,第二期处于正在申请阶段,第三期则尚未申请。整个项目的单位数目合共3000伙。
