中國長遠(00110.HK)擬580萬元出售重慶遠嘉通信設備51%股權
格隆匯9月29日丨中國長遠(00110.HK)公佈,於2020年9月29日,賣方上海遠嘉國際貿易有限公司(公司間接全資附屬公司)與買方廣州萬創電子有限公司訂立該協議,據此,賣方已同意出售目標公司重慶遠嘉通信設備有限公司股本的51.0%,總代價約為人民幣580萬元。於完成後,公司將不再持有目標集團的任何權益
目標集團主要於中國重慶從事買賣及分銷移動電話及相關配件。於重慶分銷及買賣移動電話及相關配件業務的整體前景一直惡化,目標集團2019年度實現最低收益。此外,目標集團截至2019年12月31日止兩個財政年度產生虧損。
出售事項將使集團能夠避免關於目標集團的營運及盈利能力不確定的風險,並可使集團在其他方面利用其資源。
