招商積餘(001914.SZ):擬申請註冊發行不超20億元的中期票據和超短期融資券
格隆匯 9 月 29日丨招商積餘(001914.SZ)公佈,為拓寬融資渠道,優化債務結構,降低融資成本,滿足經營發展對資金的需求,公司擬向中國銀行間市場交易商協會申請註冊發行不超過人民幣20億元(含20億元)的中期票據和超短期融資券,其中中期票據申請註冊總額不超過人民幣15億元(含15億元),超短期融資券註冊總額不超過人民幣5億元(含5億元),最終註冊額度將以交易商協會註冊通知書中載明的額度為準。
