中國中車(01766.HK)簽訂約220.8億元金額合同
格隆匯 9 月 29日丨中國中車(01766.HK)公告，公司於2020年6-9月期間簽訂了若干項合同，合計金額約220.8億元人民幣，具體情況如下：
1.公司全資子公司中車南京浦鎮車輛有限公司與杭州市地鐵集團有限責任公司、蘇州市軌道交通集團有限公司、合肥市軌道交通集團有限公司、蘇州軌道交通市域一號線有限公司分別簽訂了總計約70.4億元人民幣的地鐵銷售合同。
2.公司全資子公司中車株洲電力機車有限公司與武漢地鐵集團有限公司、洛陽市軌道交通集團有限責任公司、南寧軌道交通集團有限責任公司、昆明軌道交通集團有限公司、深圳市地鐵集團有限公司分別簽訂了總計約37.4億元人民幣的地鐵車輛銷售合同；與浩吉鐵路股份有限公司簽訂了約21.7億元人民幣的機車銷售合同。
3.公司控股子公司中車長春軌道客車股份有限公司與嘉興市有軌電車開發有限公司、北京市地鐵運營有限公司、北京市軌道交通建設管理有限公司、武漢地鐵集團有限公司、中國港灣波哥大地鐵一號線項目公司分別簽訂了總計約51.8億元人民幣的有軌電車和地鐵車輛銷售合同。
4.公司控股子公司中車青島四方機車車輛股份有限公司與北京市軌道交通建設管理有限公司簽訂了約13.9億元人民幣的地鐵車輛銷售合同；與北京城市鐵路投資發展有限公司、成都交投鐵路投資集團有限公司、樂山交通投資發展(集團)有限公司、眉山市國有資投資運營集團有限公司、綿陽交通發展集團有限責任公司、雅安市公共交通有限公司、德陽市同城軌道交通有限公司分別簽訂了總計約10.9億元人民幣的動車組銷售合同。
5.公司全資子公司中車長江車輛有限公司與阿聯酋鐵路公司(EtihadRailCompanyPJS)簽訂了約7.7億元人民幣的貨車銷售和維保合同。
6.公司下屬機車企業與中國國家鐵路集團有限公司下屬各相關路局公司分別簽訂了總計約7億元人民幣的機車修理合同。
上述合同總金額約佔公司中國會計準則下2019年營業收入的10%。
