中環股份(002129.SZ)：Maxeon對Canadian Solar Japan K.K提起專利侵權訴訟、主張權利
格隆匯 9 月 29日丨中環股份(002129.SZ)公佈，公司合資公司Maxeon Solar Technologies, Ltd. (納斯達克:MAXN)(以下簡稱“Maxeon”)總部位於新加坡，負責設計、製造和銷售太陽能電池和組件，其業務遍及非洲、亞洲、大洋洲、歐洲和美洲覆蓋超過100個國家，產品遍佈全球光伏屋頂和電站市場，擁有超過900項專利和兩條一流的太陽能組件產品線。其中Total Solar International SAS (中文名稱：道達爾太陽能國際公司)持股比例39.2034%為第一大股東，公司全資子公司ZHONGHUAN SINGAPORE INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. (中文名稱：中環新加坡投資發展私人有限公司)持股比例28.8480%，為第二大股東。
近日，公司收到Maxeon通知，因Canadian Solar Inc.的全資子公司Canadian Solar Japan K.K. 在未經許可的情況下使用了Maxeon在日本專利號為JP6642841B2(“疊瓦式太陽能電池組件”)的專利，此專利是製造SunPower® Performance 組件中使用的專利性的和基礎性的疊瓦電池組件技術。Maxeon準備採取法律途徑維護自身知識產權，並在日本東京地方法院對Canadian Solar Japan K.K提起了專利侵權訴訟，主張權利。
疊瓦太陽能電池組件是將整片太陽能電池分割到更小的太陽能電池條，然後將太陽能電池條重疊聯接，從而得到更高功率和效率的組件，並且比傳統組件具有更強的可靠性和經過驗證的耐久性，在效率、功率、可靠性和美學上都優於傳統的組件。該技術創新受到超過150項國際專利和專利申請的保護，包括電池和組件設計以及關鍵製造設備和工藝。Maxeon已在60多個國家安裝了超過3GW的疊瓦組件，是業內安裝量最多的疊瓦組件技術。公司與Maxeon的合資公司環晟光伏(江蘇)有限公司(公司持股比例77%)生產該疊瓦組件，是國內唯一取得其合法知識產權許可授權的製造商，致力於具有全球差異化競爭優勢的高效疊瓦太陽能組件生產製造。
