九江銀行(06190.HK)擬9.5億元轉讓不良債權資產
格隆匯9月28日丨九江銀行(06190.HK)發佈公告,在完成公開掛牌競價程序後,於2020年9月28日,本行與江西瑞京簽訂債權轉讓協議,據此,本行同意將本行依法享有的載列於債權轉讓協議的債權資產以代價人民幣9.50億元轉讓予江西瑞京。
債權轉讓協議項下的債權資產屬於本行的不良資產,其涉及相對較大的金額以及多個利益相關者及債權人。為減少該等資產對本行資本的佔用,加大不良資產的處置力度,本行通過公開掛牌競價程序並訂立債權轉讓協議進行債權轉讓。
轉讓債權所得的款項將用以緩解本行當前承擔的不良資產壓力,有助於本行盤活信貸存量,推動本行高質量可持續發展。
