賽微電子(300456.SZ)子公司擬向聯星科技增資400萬元
格隆匯 9 月 28日丨賽微電子(300456.SZ)公佈，2020年9月27日，公司全資子公司北京微芯科技有限公司(“微芯科技”)、廣州凱得瞪羚創業投資合夥企業(有限合夥)、廣華創業投資有限公司與廣州聯星科技有限公司(“聯星科技”或“目標公司”)及其股東簽署了《增資協議》，擬合計以1200萬元對聯星科技進行增資，其中公司微芯科技擬使用自有資金人民幣400萬元對聯星科技進行增資，佔增資後聯星科技註冊資本的6.45%。此次增資完成後，聯星科技將成為公司的參股子公司。
廣州聯星科技有限公司成立於2016年，位於廣州市高新技術產業開發區，以第三代半導體氮化鎵(GaN)為基礎，以Fabless為模式，致力於射頻微波功率放大器件和組件模塊的設計和組裝、封裝，以及其在5G無線通信基站、物聯網基站、衞星通信、數字微波、安防、無線干擾及無人機管控中的應用開發。
聯星科技技術團隊具有將深厚研發能力與產業化經驗相結合的經驗與能力，主要研發成功了多款寬帶通用和麪向L、C波段的功率放大器件以及Ku波段功放組件。與同類產品相比，聯星科技產品的耐壓特性、一致性、散熱性、效率、線性和工作温度以及可靠性等方面都有出色表現。
聯星科技擬繼續以第三代半導體氮化鎵(GaN)為核心，以成熟的射頻微波功率芯片器件以及模塊的研發設計能力為基礎，為客户提供特定頻段下多種封裝和功率配比的解決方案，同時提供應用指導及快速定製化服務。
公司以半導體業務為核心，面向高頻通信背景下的物聯網與人工智能時代，一方面重點發展MEMS工藝開發與晶圓製造業務，一方面積極佈局GaN材料與器件業務，致力於成為一家立足本土、國際化發展的知名半導體科技企業集團。聯星科技主要從事氮化鎵(GaN)射頻微波功率芯片器件的設計、開發，公司此次對其參股投資的目的在於進一步聯合產業資源，關注相關器件在5G通信、物聯網等領域的應用，促進行業內不同主體在相關業務領域的合作，充分發揮各方獨特的技術及資金、市場等優勢，聚合資源，促進公司相關業務的長遠發展。
