海大集團(002311.SZ):因債轉股、參與轉融通等原因 控股股東海灝投資持股比例減少5.17%至56.12%
格隆匯 9 月 28日丨海大集團(002311.SZ)公佈,近日收到公司控股股東廣州市海灝投資有限公司(以下簡稱“海灝投資”)出具的《簡式權益變動報告書》,獲悉截至2020年9月25日,海灝投資因公司實施股權激勵計劃和權益分派、公司可轉換公司債券(債券代碼:128102,債券簡稱:海大轉債,以下簡稱“海大轉債”)持有人轉股、海灝投資參與轉融通出借所持有的公司股份等原因,導致海灝投資持有公司股份比例由61.29%減少至56.12%,累計減少5.17%。
