富邦股份(300387.SZ)擬300萬美金認購以色列LIGC增發的632.4528萬股種子輪優先股
格隆匯 9 月 28日丨富邦股份(300387.SZ)公佈，公司與LIGC APPLICATION LTD.(“以色列LIGC”)於近日簽署生效了《種子輪優先股認購協議》，此次擬以自有資金300萬美金(約合人民幣2046.54萬元，其中已支付50萬美元認購款，詳見《2020年半年度報告》“報告期內獲取的重大的股權投資情況”)認購以色列LIGC增發的632.4528萬股種子輪優先股，每股面值為0.01新謝克爾(約合0.0196人民幣)。此次股份認購完成後，公司將持有以色列LIGC26.471%股權。
以色列LIGC成立於2019年5月，致力於成為激光誘導石墨烯的研發和應用生產商。2013年，萊斯大學詹姆斯•圖爾教授(皇家化學協會會員，被譽為世界最具影響力的50名科學家之一)首先發現了激光誘導石墨烯技術，以色列LIGC依託萊斯大學有關技術專利處於激光誘導石墨烯商業化應用的前沿。目前，以色列LIGC已開發出一種規模生產多孔石墨烯泡沫的技術，上述材料具有導電、可焦耳加熱、較好柔韌性和抗微生物特性，主要商業應用場景包括主動空氣淨化、主動水淨化等領域；優先專注於主動空氣過濾殺菌殺毒產品的研發與生產。
此次對外投資系公司戰略佈局和產業發展的需要。目前，新冠疫情等流行病在全球範圍內具有常態化的趨勢，消費及工業市場對各類殺菌消毒防護類產品的需求保持增長，石墨烯技術作為全球新材料技術的前沿，也是中國製造2025中前沿新材料的重點發展對象之一。通過此次投資以色列LIGC，公司獲得有關激光誘導石墨烯平台技術，與傳統化學合成石墨烯相比有較大優勢，將上述技術引進到武漢市落地孵化，有助於縮小國內石墨烯領域與全球的技術差距；基於上述技術，有助於公司切入到空氣淨化、廢水處理領域，為下游肥料生產企業提供諸如空氣淨化、粉塵處理、污水處理等配套產品；基於目前對新型空氣淨化設施的較大需求，加大對民用空氣淨化產品的研發，進一步完善公司發展佈局。
