大富科技(300134.SZ)子公司擬與東莞市黃江鎮政府簽署意向性項目投資協議 推動5G產業和人工智能產業在粵港澳大灣區佈局
格隆匯 9 月 28日丨大富科技(300134.SZ)公佈，為加快戰略新興產業發展，完善公司業務佈局和優化產業結構，同時藉助東莞黃江鎮地理及產業優勢地位，公司全資子公司大富產業投資(東莞)有限公司(“大富產投東莞公司”)與東莞市黃江鎮人民政府擬深度合作，充分發揮各自資源優勢，推動5G產業和人工智能產業在粵港澳大灣區佈局，大富產投東莞公司擬與東莞市黃江鎮人民政府簽署意向性《項目投資協議》，後續擬競買東莞市黃江鎮人民政府出讓的黃江鎮土地使用權並投資建設，該塊土地位於黃江鎮梅塘社區田心村生態路旁，總用地面積35981.7平方米，土地性質為新型產業用地M0，項目整體投資額約6.2億元人民幣。
項目名稱：大富產業投資(東莞)有限公司項目；項目從事產業內容：以5G和人工智能為核心的產業集羣，研發、生產和銷售移動通信基站射頻產品；項目投資總額：約6.2億元人民幣。
項目位於黃江鎮梅塘社區田心村生態路旁，總用地面積35981.7平方米，約摺合50畝(具體以實際出讓為準)。該項目土地性質為新型產業用地M0，容積率為3.5，處於工業紅線範圍內，出讓期限50年(項目地塊使用年限以土地管理部門核發的《不動產權證》核定土地使用年限為準)。大富產投東莞公司通過參加東莞市公共資源交易中心主持的土地使用權公開出讓活動，參與競投並最終成為競得人而獲得地塊的土地使用權，並與東莞市自然資源局簽訂土地出讓協議。
黃江鎮位於東莞市東南部經濟帶的腹地，東連樟木頭鎮，西接大朗鎮，北靠常平鎮，南臨深圳市光明區，其擁有發達的電子信息產業，被評為“全國百強鄉鎮”“國家電子信息產業基地”和“廣東省技術創新專業鎮”等。
公司擬在黃江鎮設立東莞黃江共享製造平台建設項目，擬圍繞珠三角產業鏈打造 5G和人工智能為核心的產業集羣，完善公司業務佈局、優化公司產業結構。
此次合作有利於充分利用雙方的資源和優勢，強強聯合，有利於公司加速推進5G和人工智能相關核心的產業集羣的建設，符合公司發展戰略。
