太陽能(000591.SZ)：子公司就6.5GW高效太陽能電池項目及1.5GW高效組件智能製造項目與政府簽署意向性合作協議
格隆匯 9 月 28日丨太陽能(000591.SZ)公佈，公司全資子公司太陽能科技公司所屬鎮江公司正在籌劃年產20GW高效太陽能電池及4.5GW高效組件智能製造項目一期工程(年產6.5GW高效太陽能電池和1.5GW高效組件智能製造項目，一期項目)，針對一期項目投資地址選擇，鎮江公司與江蘇省高郵經濟開發區管理委員會和鎮江經濟技術開發區管理委員會分別對6.5GW高效太陽能電池項目、1.5GW高效組件智能製造項目達成一致，並於近日由鎮江公司股東太陽能科技公司與兩地政府分別簽署了意向性合作協議。協議主要內容如下：
1.與江蘇省高郵經濟開發區管理委員會的意向性合作協議
在取得太陽能科技公司決策機關的審核同意後，鎮江公司在高郵市註冊成立項目公司，規劃投資20GW高效太陽能電池智能製造項目，其中一期實現年產PERC電池6.5GW。高郵經濟開發區對鎮江公司在項目用地用房、基礎設施配套等方面給予支持，並在其他方面給予優惠政策支持。
2.與鎮江經濟技術開發區管理委員會的意向性合作協議
在取得太陽能科技公司決策機關的審核同意後，以鎮江公司為主體在鎮江經濟技術開發區(鎮江公司現廠址所在地)規劃投資年產4.5GW高效太陽能組件智能製造項目，其中一期規劃年產1.5GW高效太陽能組件。鎮江經濟技術開發區政府給予電費補貼、研發生產補貼等，並根據鎮江公司新增銷售收入及地方貢獻，視後續項目實施情況，給予貢獻獎勵等產業扶持。
隨着全球太陽能光伏產業的快速發展，市場對高效太陽能電池、組件需求日益增加。此次投資擴產實施之後，鎮江公司每年將新增6.5GW高效太陽能電池和1.5GW高效組件產能，將提升產品和市場競爭力，對公司未來收益預計產生積極影響。與政府簽署意向性合作協議，協議雙方屬於平等互惠合作關係，不會對公司業務獨立性產生影響。鎮江公司投資擴產將順應光伏行業的發展趨勢，在採用當前行業成熟產業技術的同時，也將充分考慮未來新型技術產業化的發展，預留後續擴產或技改空間。鎮江公司未來實施投資擴產將進一步完善公司的產業佈局，提高市場份額，助力公司穩健、可持續發展。
