數源科技(000909.SZ)完成變更經營範圍
格隆匯 9 月 28日丨數源科技(000909.SZ)公佈，公司於近日辦理完畢增加範圍相關工商變更備案登記，現已取得浙江省市場監督管理局換髮後的《營業執照》。換髮的營業執照僅對“經營範圍”進行了變更，其他內容不變，具體變更信息如下：
經營範圍：許可項目：貨物進出口(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以審批結果為準)。一般項目：電視機制造；家用電器銷售；計算機軟硬件及外圍設備製造；計算機軟硬件及輔助設備零售；通信設備製造；通信設備銷售；輸配電及控制設備製造；通訊設備修理；日用電器修理；電子產品銷售；電子元器件批發；電子元器件製造；新能源汽車換電設施銷售；汽車零部件及配件製造；智能輸配電及控制設備銷售；機動車充電銷售；分佈式交流充電樁銷售；集中式快速充電站；軟件開發；信息技術諮詢服務；技術服務、技術開發、技術諮詢、技術交流、技術轉讓、技術推廣；塑料製品製造；模具製造；機械設備租賃；非居住房地產租賃；汽車租賃；物業管理；再生資源回收(除生產性廢舊金屬)；物聯網技術研發；物聯網應用服務；智能車載設備製造；物聯網設備製造；物聯網設備銷售；電氣信號設備裝置銷售；信息系統集成服務；安防設備銷售；光伏設備及元器件製造；光伏設備及元器件銷售；太陽能發電技術服務；配電開關控制設備製造；配電開關控制設備銷售；其他電子器件製造；助動車製造；光伏發電設備租賃；智能倉儲裝備銷售；物料搬運裝備銷售；物料搬運裝備製造；電池製造；電池銷售；蓄電池租賃；新能源汽車電附件銷售；資源再生利用技術研發；機械電氣設備製造；工業機器人制造；工業機器人銷售；智能機器人的研發；金屬材料銷售；有色金屬合金銷售；金屬礦石銷售(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)。
因2020年相關工商主管部門對企業經營範圍重新進行了規範化表述，工商主管部門最終核准的經營範圍與公司原披露的擬變更後的經營範圍存在差異(不涉及實質內容的變更)，公司根據工商主管部門核准的經營範圍對預案披露的《公司章程》中涉及經營範圍的條款內容作相應調整。除此之外，公司營業執照及《公司章程》其他內容不變。
