《即日市评》汇控急涨9%成升市「火车头」 恒大弹两成
恒指上周累挫1,219点或5%後，今日受重磅股汇控(00005.HK)抽高带动回升。美国法官颁令暂缓执行TikTok下架的行政命令，美国商务部表示会遵守法院裁决，但强调该行政命令完全符合法规并符合国家安全利益，将会采取措施扞卫行政命令。执笔之时美汇指数处94.39，道指期货最新升248点或0.9%、纳指期货最新升117点或1.1%．。上证综指微跌0.06%收3,217、深证成指跌0.4%，沪深两市成交额5,403亿人民币。
恒指今早高开48点後曾回顺至23,250，其後逐步攀升，尾市最多升288点，最终恒指全日升240点或1%，报23,476点；国指升80点或0.9%，报9,383点；恒生科技指数全日升59点或0.9%，报6,978点。大市成交总额933.43亿元，沪、深港通南下交易录得净流入金额分别为17.58忆及26.47亿元人民币。
上周五股价急挫9.5%的中国恒大(03333.HK)重申经营正常，有关分拆旗下的物业管理业务已获联交所批准，今日股价急弹20.6%收16.62元。恒大系恒大汽车(00708.HK)及恒腾网络(00136.HK)各涨20.4%及9.8%。
【汇控急反弹 升市「火车头」】
汇控全日股价弹高9.2%收30.8元，单股为恒指贡献148点升幅，成交额大增至45.55亿元，恒生(00011.HK)及交行(03328.HK)股价各走高3.9%及4.4%，而中国平安(02318.HK)全日股价升0.3%收80.1元。据披露易资料显示，中国平安於9月23日在场内增持1,080万股汇控，每股平均作价28.2859元，涉资3.05亿元；完成後，中国平安持股由7.95%增至8%，成汇控最大单一股东。
据外电引述中国平安发言人指，相信汇控暂停派息为短期问题，透露正就未来恢复派息的可能性，与汇控进行积极磋商，对其长期前景仍充满信心。平安发言人又指，汇控拥有低估值、高派息，依然符合平安的投资标准，估值角度而言其股价下跌只会增加作为长期投资的吸引力。
【沽空率回落 中芯股价弱】
港股今日市宽改善，主板股票的升跌比率为25比16(上日为14比29)，上升股份998只(升幅3.1%)，恒指成份股今日26只股份上升，下跌股份22只，升跌比率为52比44(上日32比66)；大市今日录沽空127.22亿元，占可沽空股份成交718.34亿元的17.71%(上日为19.943%)。
市传美国对中芯(00981.HK)采出口限制，中芯指未收到官方消息，惟股价低开低走，其後跌幅收窄，全日跌3.9%收17.86元。同业华虹半导体(01347.HK)股价弹高5.9%收26.9元，而ASM太平洋(00522.HK)股价走低1.7%。(wl/u)
