拓普集团(601689.SH)增加2020年度闲置募集资金补充流动资金额度3亿元
格隆汇9月28日丨拓普集团(601689.SH)公布,根据公司募集资金的实际使用进度,为最大限度地提高募集资金使用效率,满足公司业务增长对流动资金的需求,在保证满足募集资金投资项目资金使用需求的前提下,公司拟新增最高不超过人民币3亿元额度的暂时闲置募集资金补充流动资金,期限为本次董事会审议通过之日起至2021年6月30日,其中单次补充流动资金时间不得超过12个月。
