*ST同洲(002052.SZ)與人工智能研究院簽署戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯 9 月 28日丨*ST同洲(002052.SZ)公佈，公司與上海人工智能研究院有限公司(“人工智能研究院”)於近日簽署了《戰略合作框架協議》，此次簽訂的戰略合作框架協議事項無需董事會及股東大會審議批准，不構成關聯交易及《上市公司重大資產重組管理辦法》中規定的重大資產重組。
上海人工智能研究院有限公司是由上海交通大學、上海閔行區人民政府等共同組建的新型研發機構。研究院承擔上海市人工智能研發與轉化建設任務，重點開展人工智能領域基礎與核心技術研發、關鍵與共性技術應用、公共測試、成果轉化與人才培養等工作。
協議主要內容如下：
1.雙方經協商一致，共同研究人工智能技術在智能網聯領域的落地，通過“AI+物聯網”的技術路徑實現智能網聯各領域業務運行高度自動化，服務方式高度智能化，行業生產高度智慧化的戰略目標。
2.基於大數據分析技術，通過建設城市物聯網系統，實現城市神經網絡的感知，從規劃設計、建設、運營、維護等多維角度來協同推進。
3.提供便捷可靠的技術服務，為不斷增長的智能車聯網、智慧建築、智慧園區、智慧城市等業務需求提供安全高效的技術支撐。
4.在協議合作期內，雙方共同努力形成智能車聯網、智慧城市、智慧園區等領域的項目案例，或聯合申報、立項研究課題、專項等。
5.雙方的具體合作內容可以“聯合實驗室”和公司實體的方式落實，以後續具體的協議約定為準。
6.本協議是雙方今後長期合作的指導性文件，也是雙方簽訂相關合同的基礎；雙方的具體合作，以具體的合作協議為準。
公司正積極佈局智慧建築、智慧園區/樓宇、城市物聯網應用雲平台、智慧社區、智慧城市等物聯網新興領域和市場，已成功構建“平台+渠道+終端+服務”的智慧產業生態體系，期望通過資源整合和技術創新拓展新的增長空間。本次戰略合作有利於充分發揮合作雙方各自的優勢和經驗，實現優勢互補、資源共享、互利共贏，同時有利於提升公司的產品影響力和公司競爭力。
