傳內地監管要求大型銀行控制房貸規模 多家大行新增涉房貸款佔比降至30%以下
《21世紀經濟報道》引述消息指,有大行收到通知,監管機構近期要求大型商業銀行壓降、控制個人住房按揭貸款等房地產貸款規模。此外,部分銀行反饋個人按揭貸款額度緊張,已有銀行呼籲客戶辦理房貸提早還款業務。
消息指,監管年初就有要求,本年度新增涉房貸款不能超過全部新增貸款的一定比例,這一比例或為30%左右,但未見到發文。另一城商行人士表示,央行要求大行壓低按揭貸款等房地產貸款餘額,但未見到相關發文。不過,也有另一家大行總行人士表示,該行內部討論了信貸規模,但對貸款結構暫無新的要求。
