據報內地房策堅持「住」的屬性 完善房地產金融管理
據《經濟參考報》報道,在住房供求基本匹配時期,如果金融槓桿在房地產業仍在過度使用,可能會造成嚴重後果。當前必須要積極培育「房住不炒」的融資環境,增強房地產融資的市場化、規則化和透明化,形成房地產融資穩定的、理性的預期,有效引導家庭購房行為和房企經營行為,堅決阻止房價炒作的金融慣性,有效管控國民經濟金融運行的風險。
報道指出,在構建雙循環新發展格局過程中,要堅持不將房地產作為短期刺激經濟的手段,進一步完善房地產金融管理制度框架,以實現房地產市場穩健發展和防控風險的長期均衡運行。
