*ST夏利(000927.SZ)重大資產重組獲中國證監會核准 明日復牌
格隆匯9月27日丨*ST夏利(000927.SZ)公佈,2020年9月25日,中國證券監督管理委員會上市公司併購重組審核委員會召開2020年第44次工作會議,對天津一汽夏利汽車股份有限公司重大重組事項進行審核。根據會議審核結果,公司本次重大資產重組事項獲得無條件通過。
根據《上市公司重大資產重組管理辦法》、《關於完善上市公司股票停復牌制度的指導意見》等相關規定,經公司向深圳證券交易所申請,公司股票將在2020年9月28日開市起復牌。
