格隆匯9月27日丨正商實業(00185.HK)公佈,於2020年9月27日,公司間接全資附屬公司河南興漢正商置業有限公司以代價人民幣1.23億元成功於鞏義市自然資源和規劃局提呈出售所舉辦的國有建設用地使用權公開拍賣會中投得一幅地塊位於中國河南省鄭州鞏義市土地編號為2020-049號的土地使用權。
該地塊位於中國河南省鄭州鞏義市白雲山路西、人和路南,總佔地面積約20,003.97平方米,許可容積率介於1.0及2.0之間。該地塊指定為住宅用途使用年限為70年。
