越秀地產(00123.HK)附屬斥14.35億元收購重慶市一幅地塊
格隆匯9月25日丨越秀地產(00123.HK)發佈公告,公司透過廣州城建開發南沙房地產有限公司(其擁有約95.48%權益的附屬公司),通過公開掛牌方式以人民幣14.35億元,成功競得重慶市渝北區兩路組團S33-6、S34-2、S34-5、S34-6號地塊。
該地塊佔地面積約94,511平方米,總可建築面積約206,316平方米,其中計容建築面積約141,767平方米。按計容建築面積計算,平均土地成本每平方米約為人民幣10,122元。
該地塊性質為住宅用地。該地塊屬重慶渝北區中央公園北側低密高端居住區,距離重慶中央公園約2公里,處於成熟住宅區,景點資源豐富;地塊距離在建地鐵9號線2期從巖寺站20米,預計該站將於2021年12月通車,交通便利。
董事局認為,公司以合理價格競得該地塊,並將增加公司的優質土地儲備,進一步深化了越秀地產在西南部地區的佈局。
